Absolutely. Each shipment includes the Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Quality Inspection Report, and other relevant trade documents.
We can also provide SGS or BV inspection reports upon request.
What is your standard lead time for orders?
For local deliveries, typical lead time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
For export or bulk orders, production and logistics may take 10–21 days, depending on destination and order volume.
Do you offer customized packaging or labeling?
Yes. We can provide custom bag sizes (5 kg – 50 kg) and private labeling for clients who wish to market sugar under their own brand.
