What types of sugar products do you supply?
We produce and supply a wide range of refined and raw sugar products — including ICUMSA 45 white refined sugar, brown raw sugar, and industrial-grade molasses.
All our products meet international quality standards and can be customized for retail, wholesale, or bulk industrial applications.
Do you export internationally?
Yes. GrinWave Sugar Processing Ltd exports sugar across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
We handle all logistics, documentation, and quality certifications required for international shipping.
Can you provide product documentation and certification?
Absolutely. Each shipment includes the Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis, Quality Inspection Report, and other relevant trade documents.
We can also provide SGS or BV inspection reports upon request.
What is your standard lead time for orders?
For local deliveries, typical lead time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation.
For export or bulk orders, production and logistics may take 10–21 days, depending on destination and order volume.
Do you offer customized packaging or labeling?
Yes. We can provide custom bag sizes (5 kg – 50 kg) and private labeling for clients who wish to market sugar under their own brand.
What quality standards do your sugars meet?
Our refined white sugar is produced to ICUMSA 45 standards, ensuring 99.8 % minimum purity, excellent whiteness, and low ash content.
We follow strict ISO 9001, HACCP, and food-safety protocols throughout production.
How do you ensure sustainability in production?
GrinWave Sugar operates under a sustainable cane-sourcing model, supporting local farmers, minimizing waste, and converting by-products like molasses into renewable energy and animal feed.
Do you supply to industrial clients or only retailers?
We supply both — our refined sugar and molasses are used by food & beverage manufacturers, bakeries, and distilleries, as well as by retail distributors and supermarkets
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), L/C, and approved local payment gateways for domestic orders.
Full payment or confirmed L/C is required before dispatch for international shipments.
